| Abstract: | The paper indicates the background of the construction of platform for public resources exchange,analyzes the main approaches of es-tablishing the public resource exchange platform,including the focus on system innovation and mechanic construction,environment optimization and etiquette trainings,and creation and priority of science and technology,and points out some suggestions by combining with the considerations for the construction of the public resources exchange platform. |
