| 摘 要： | 结合实践经验，对受新建工程影响的房屋的处理措施进行了探讨研究，介绍了房屋受损初期的处理方法，并从政策、经济、技术等方面论述了受损房屋加固修复阶段的处理途径，为新建工程的顺利进行提供了条件。

| Abstract: | Combining with the practical experience,the paper explores the treatment and measures for houses affected by newly-built projects, introduces the treatment methods for the initial damages on houses,and indicates the channels for treatment at the consolidation and maintenance stage of the damaged houses from the policies,economics and technique,so as to provide the conditions for the smooth operation of newly-built projects. |
