双频激光测量系统空气参数实时补偿

摘    要:通过分析空气参数及激光波长的变化规律,研制了空气参数实时补偿系统。实验表明,测量系统加入空气参数实时补偿后,测量精度得到明显提高。

Abstract:The laser wavelength changes resulted from variation of air parameters is one of the most important error resources in the measuring system. In accordance with analysis on atmospheric change and laser wave length change in this paper, realtime atmospheric compensation system has been made. Tests indicated that accuracy of measurement can be improved greatly in the system with realtime atmopheric compensation.
