摘    要:针对冲压件排样过程如何进行有效的控制和规划并使局部优化策略朝着有利于全局优化的方向发展的需求,提出数学方法、子目标法、启发式搜索法及符号推理方法并行求解的智能优化排样方法。首次将制件下科技术的作业性作为排样的一种约束条件,探讨了智能优化排样的一些关键技术。

Abstract:In this paper, knowledge - based intelligent optimal allocation methods are presented, by which mathematical method, sub - goal method, heuristic search method and symbolic inference method are or ganically integrated and concurrently cooperate to resolve the cutting stock problem. The paper deals with the problem to schedual and control the nesting procedures of metal stamping blanks effectively and with direct local optimization to achieve global optimal results.For the first time, the balnks are cut under the constrains of manufacturability, some critical techniques on intelligent allocation are also analyzed.
