摘    要:论述了影响烧结矿低温还原粉化率的因素,并针对这些影响因素,通过优化配料结构,合理控制烧结矿中SiO2,Al2O3,MgO,R2,FeO,改进不合理工艺设备,加强操作等措施,最终改善烧结矿低温还原粉化率指标。

Abstract:The factors affecting the RDt of sinter were discussed. According to these factors, we took the measures such as optimizing mixing structure, reasonable controlling the content of Si02, A1203, MgO, R2 and FeO in the sinter, improving unreasonable process and equipment and strengthening the operations, so the RDI of sinter was improved finally.
