摘    要:针对某含金量(金的质量分数)为0.44 g/t的低品位微细粒包裹金矿,在研究矿石性质的基础上,通过条件试验研究了磨矿细度、调整剂、捕收剂和工艺流程等对该金矿浮选效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数:磨矿细度为-0.038 mm的矿物占82.10%(全文均为质量分数),CaO用量为1 400 g/t,水玻璃用量为400 g/t,CuSO4用量为400 g/t,丁基黄药用量为20 g/t,丁铵黑药用量为20 g/t,BK301用量为20 g/t,2号油用量为16 g/t。通过一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选的浮选开路试验,获得了金品位(金的质量分数)为162.50 g/t、金回收率为60.01%的金精矿。

Abstract:Flotation separation of a low grade micro-fine panicle inclusion gold ore containing gold 0.44 g/t was investigated. The effects of flotation for the gold ore were studied through researching the grinding fineness, adjusting agent, collector and processes on the basis of the ore properties. The optimal technical parameters were as follows: grinding size of-0.038 mm attained 82.10%, CaO dosage was 1 400 g/t, water glass dosage was 400 g/t, CuSO4 dosage was 400 g/t, butyl xanthate dosage was 20 g/t, ammonium butyl aerofloat dosage was 20 g/t, BK301 dosage was 20 g/t, 2# oil dosage was 16 g/t. The gold concentrate with the gold grade and recovery of 162.50 g/t and 60.01%, respectively, was obtained through the open circuit test which included one roughing, two cleanings and two scavengings.
