硫浮选工艺流程的改进与工艺条件优化

摘    要:通过现场流程考察和分析,将硫浮选工艺流程由原来一粗一扫一精选改为二粗一扫一精,使硫粗选前三槽刮出泡沫直接进入硫精矿池,同时优化硫浮选工艺操作条件,制定相应生产操作卡片,不仅保证了硫精矿的质量,而且提升了硫浮选系统的处理能力,提高了硫的回收率,使硫浮选系统工艺指标基本达到设计要求(硫精矿品位36%,硫回收率46%)。

Abstract:By flowsheet observation and analysis ,the flowsheet for one roughing,one scavenging and one cleaning was cnverted into two roughing,one scavenging and one cleaning. Froth product from three tank in roughing enters direct intosulphur concentrate.And optimizing processing ,make the work cards. It didn't only prove concentrate grade of sulphur ,but also decrease the recovery of sulphur and make the power of production almost reach the power of design(the cocentrate grade of sulphur is 36%,recovery of sulphur is 46%).
