摘    要:果汁饮料因其营养丰富及饮用方便而受到很多人的追捧,成为消费时尚。然而我国果汁加工业还没有一个比较完善的通用加工流程,很多问题仍然得不到合理的解决。介绍了影响果汁饮料质量的几个关键技术,以期带动行业发展。

Abstract:Fruit juice drinks have become more and more popular due to the rich nutrients in them and the convenience of consumption. However, we still have not a relatively perfect general technology for the processing of fruit juice drinks, and many technical problems remain unsolved. In the paper, several key techniques that affect the quality of fruit juice drinks are described with a view of boosting the development of the industry.
