Ti6A14V—TiN和Ti6A14V—TiN—TiC生物梯度材料的血液相容性评价

摘    要:采用体外试验法对Ti6A14V-TiN和Ti6A14V-TiC生物梯度材料及其它几种常用人工心脏瓣膜材料的体外动态凝血时间、溶血率、血小板消耗率进行了测定,并对这几种材料的血液相容性进行了对比,得到以下结论。⑴以动态凝血时间为指标,有LTI碳〉DLC膜〉TiN〉TiCTi6A14V。⑵以血小板消耗率为指标,有LTI碳〉DLC膜〉TiN〉Ti6A14V〉TiC。⑶以溶血率为指标,有LTI碳〉DLC膜

Abstract:The properties of kinetic clotting, platelet consumption and hemolysis of Ti6Al4V- TiN and Ti6A14V- TiC and other biomaterials were measured in vitro. By comparing the haemocompatibility of each material, following conclusion was obtained: (1) According to the values of kinetic clotting, LTI Carbon > DLC coating > TiN>TiC>Ti6A14V. (2) Depending the on data of platelet consumption. LTI Carbon > DLC coating >TiN>Ti6A14V>TiC. (3) Based on the rates of hemolysis, LTI Carbon >DLC coating >TiN> TiCk Ti6A14 V.
