金宫大厦钻孔灌注桩(试桩)后压浆工程

摘    要:武昌金宫大厦,属一级超高层建筑。其基础采用混凝土钻孔灌注桩和后压浆施工技术。为保证工程安全和控制地基及基础的沉降,共进行四组试桩。通过对桩侧上、下和桩端进行高压注浆,单桩承载力提高50%以上,测试结果表明,后压浆对提高单桩承载力、减少沉降量均具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:Drilled piles with post grouting are used for the foundation of the Jingong mansion, a high-rise building inWuhan. Four pile are tested to find out the reliability of such a technology and the settlement of pile. It is found thatthe bearing capacity of a single pile is incrcassed more than 5O% by high pressure Post grouting along the side andthe tip of the pile. Test results indicate that post grouting has the advantages of increasing the bearing capacity anddecreasing the settlement of pile.
