摘    要:目前国内对化妆品中重金属铅砷汞的检测方法仍是使用原子吸收仪以及原子荧光仪对各元素依次测定,这些方法前处理繁琐,检测效率较低。本方法优化了样品前处理方法,建立等离子发射光谱法同时测定化妆品中重金属铅砷汞的条件及方法,样品加标回收率在76.0%~101.8%,完全能够满足日常化妆品样品的检测工作,极大地提高了检验工作效率。

Abstract:Atomic absorption spectrometer and atomic fluorescence spectrometer are common method widely used to determine heavy metals (e. g. lead, arsenic, mercury) in cosmetics. However, they are low efficiency (only can analyze single element once) and need complex preparation. In this research, through optimizing sample pre treatment methods, an ICP method of analyzing lead, arsenic, mercury simultaneously in cosmetics was established. The sample recovery rate is 76.0 % - 101.8 %. It fully met the needs of the daily cosmetic detection with great improvement of efficiency.
