基于DSP的CAN总线控制系统的设计

摘    要:以SHCAN2000控制系统现场智能测控组件的升级为背景,介绍以DSP为现场智能测控单元微处理器的新型智能测控组件对系统控制功能及通信功能的改善.详细介绍TMS2812信号处理器的eCAN模块以及其与CAN总线之间的通信,并给出其通信部分硬件和软件的设计方法,采用OPC服务器为上、下位机的I/O驱动程序,满足了现场智能仪表的计算复杂性和系统通信的时实性.

Abstract:Based on the SHCAN2000 field bus control system promotion,DSP as the field intelligence observation and control unit new microprocessor intelligent observation and control module is introduced to the systems control function and the correspondence function improvement.The eCAN module in the signal processor TMS2812 is introduced.Its correspondence partial hardware and the software design method with the CAN bus between correspondence is given.The OPC server is used for host,slave computer I/O driver,which has enhanced the ability of the scene intelligence measuring appliance computation complexity and system real-time communication.
