轻型木结构规格材应力等级的检验方法

摘    要:针对如何正确理解GB50206-2002《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》关于规格材应力等级检验的强制性条文(6.2.1条),从木结构可靠指标要求出发,分析了规格材实测强度与GB50005-2003《木结构设计规范》规定的木材强度设计值之间的关系,根据抽样检验原理提出了规格材应力等级的评定方法。并以规格材的检验示例,以利质检部门的操作。

Abstract:In order to achieve a proper comprehension for stress-grade inspection of dimension lumber used for wood-frame construction stipulated in GB 50206-2002“Code for construction quality acceptance of timber structrues”,the relationship between the strength measured by bending test of dimension lumber and the design value of bending strength stipulated in GB 50005-2003“Code for design of timeber structures” was analyzed based on the reliability relax of timber structures.And the stress-grade assessment method of dimension lumber was suggested based on the sample inspection theory.An example of stress-grade inspection of dimension lumber was set for inspection organization.
