摘    要:以α-十六烯、三甲氧基硅烷为原料,加入铂催化剂和一种液态位阻胺助催化剂,采用硅氢加成方法,合成十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷,分别用气质联用仪和核磁共振波谱仪对产物进行了分析和结构表征。考察了催化剂用量、助催化剂用量、反应温度以及预混合时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度30~80℃、预混合时间20m in、催化剂和助催化剂用量分别为5 mg/kg和70μL/kg的条件下,反应2 h,产品得率为84%,并且所得产品全部为β加成产物。

Abstract:A linear alkyl coupling agent named hexadecyhrimethoxysilane was synthesized with α-hexadeeene and trimethoxysilane via hydrosilylation, using Pt-catalysis and a sub-catalyst. The structure of the product was characterized by GC/MS and NMR. The effects of quantity of catalyst, quantity of sub- catalyst, temperature and the premix time used on the hydrosilylation reaction were investigated. The results demonstrated that materials were exhausted, and nearly 100% regioselectivity for β-adduct, the product yield 84%, when the temperature was between 30~80 ℃ the premix time Was 20 min, quantity of catalyst and sub-catalyst respectively was 5 mg/kg and 70 μL/kg, the time of reaction Was 2 h.
