干除灰系统节能和出力评估分析

摘    要:盘电干除灰系统设备运行稳定,燃用神华煤的灰分在7%左右,现在系统每天按照节能方式运行16h左右,随着国内煤炭市场的变化,盘电公司的煤种也将会发生变化,对干除灰系统的关键设备——仓泵和斜槽的出力进行研究,从中计算出干除灰系统的最大出力,并对干除灰系统的节能和危险点进行评估,提出改进建议。

Abstract:The operation of dry-ash-disposal system in Panshan Power Plant is stable, and the ash content of Shenhua coal is about 7% , the operation of the system is around 16 hours per day under energy-saving mode. The coal type of Panshan Power Plantwill be undergoing changes with the change of domestic coal market. The research on the performance of storage pump and flume-key equipments of dry-ash-disposal system was conducted, the best performance of the dry-ash-disposal system was thus calculated. In addition, energy-saving operation of the system and its risky points were assessed, and recommendation on improvement was presented.
