摘    要:前隔板是某整体式空调动力系统的主要支撑零件,其刚度不够易变形使得此壳体空调在生产中多次收到客户反馈以下问题:轴流风叶与导流圈间隙小,离心风叶与周围蜗壳刮碰,整机振动大等质量问题。本文通过生产实际情况并结合ansys workbench给出合理的改进措施,以避免每年重复发生同样的质量问题。

The Improvement for Front Clapboard Structure Based on ANSYS Modal and Statics Analysis
Abstract:Front clapboard is the key support accessory of the power system of an air conditioner. Owning to its lack of rigidity in production, customers frequently feed back the problems as follows:little interval between axial flow fan and diversion circle;the interference occurred between centrifugal fan and propeller housing around;an unacceptable vibration in existence, etc.. Based on the actual production, and combined with the advanced tool ansys workbench, the reasonable measurements are proposed to ensure the similar quality problems.
