冷柜智能除霜控制系统浅析

为了解决目前大多数冷柜的翅片式蒸发器除霜采用被动的定时电加热方式，无法达到按不同的环境温湿度进行智能化的除霜控制，浪费电能的缺点，设计了红外线传感器与超声波传感器构建主动式智能除霜控制系统，并经由实验证明智能除霜控制系统可以有效降低除霜能耗。

Analysis on the Intelligent Defrosting Control System of Refrigerator

In order to solve the problem that most of the finned evaporator uses the method of passive timing electric heating to defrost. But this method can＇ t defrost intelligently according to different temperature and humidity. And it wastes energy. Therefore, the active intelligent defrosting control system built by infrared sensor and ultrasonic transducer is adopted. Finally, the experiment result shows that the intelligent defrosting control system can reduce energy consumption of defrosting.
