一种高效的中央空调控制器主板的测试系统设计

本文介绍了一套基于开放负载测试策略的中央空调控制器主板高效率测试系统。该系统可实现中央空调控制器板上的继电器输出电路、电子膨胀阀电路、PG电机电路、直流电机电路、电源模块、温度采集电路、开关故障检测电路模块、通讯电路进行集成式的自动测试,通过引入开放负载测试策略的思想,结合嵌入式控制及检测电路开发、电脑测试软件开发、辅助机电模块的开发,形成一套高效的ATE测试系统。

Design of An Efficient Auto Function Test System for Center-Air-condition Control Board

This paper is about a high efficiency function test system（equipment） which based on control board open control strategy. The system can test the below circuit of the air-condition control board： exterior load control circuit（relay circuit）, electron expand valve drive circuit, electromotor drive circuit, electrical source circuit, sensor input circuit, etc.. The system which sets up with embedded electronic system, mechanical module, computer software applying the open control strategy, is a high efficiency test system.
