感应电机的无速度传感器逆解耦控制

摘    要:提出了一种基于扩展的Kalman滤波器的感应电机无速度传感器逆解耦控制方法.首先采用逆系统方法将感应电机的转速与转子磁链进行动态解耦,其次由扩展的Kalman滤波器(EKF)对转速及转子磁链进行实时估计,最后由线性综合方法设计转速和转子磁链闭环调节器,从而实现感应电机的无速度传感器逆解耦控制.仿真结果表明EKF可在整个调速范围内进行高精度的转速和磁链估计,系统具有优良的动态和稳态控制性能

Abstract:A novel speed sensor-less inverse decoupling control scheme of induction motors based on EKF is proposed in this paper. First, the inverse system method is used to realize the dynamic decoupling between rotor speed and flux. Then, an extend Kalman filter(EKF)is used to estimate the rotor speed and flux online. Last, the speed and flux regulators are designed respectively according to the linear system theory, so as to the speed sensor-less inverse decoupling control of induction motor is achieved. Simulation results show that the EKF can give the accurate estimates of rotor speed and flux in all drive range, and the proposed control scheme processes the perfect dynamic and static performance.
