摘    要:提出一种改进的NGH次同步谐振(SSR)阻尼方案,以IEEE第一基准模型为研究对象,对采用该改进方案来抑制不稳定的扭振做了仿真分析.改进的NGH方案在Narain G.Hingorani发明的原方案上增加了SSR检测和预触发功能.改进方案的基本原理以及原方案的基本概念在文中作了描述.电磁暂态计算程序EMTP用来仿真原NGH方案和改进NGH方案的阻尼效果.仿真结果表明,改进方案在提高暂态转矩稳定和有次同步谐振问题系统的稳定性比原方案更有效.

Abstract:This paper puts forward an improved NGH subsynchronous resonance(SSR) damping scheme and presents digital simulation results by the employment of the improved scheme for supress of unstable torsional oscillations occurred in the IEEE First Benchmark Model,which contains a turbine generator set connected to an infinite bus through a series compensated transmission line. The improved NGH scheme adds SSR detection and prefiring functions of the basis of the original NGH scheme invented by Narain G.Hingorani. The basic principle of the improved scheme and the fundamental concepts of the original scheme are described. The Electro magnetic Transient Program (EMTP) is employed to simulate the damping effects contributed respectively by the original and the improved NGH schemes. The simulation results show that the improved NGH scheme is more effective in improving both the transient torque stability and the system with SSR problems as compared with the original scheme.
