| 摘 要： | 介绍了微孔陶瓷过滤器的结构、材质和工作原理,分析了影响过滤效果的因素.由于聚丙烯(PP)纤维过滤芯的过滤精度及纳垢率较低,导致PP粉料输送过滤器频繁堵塞.用微孔陶瓷过滤器取代PP纤维过滤器后,解决了PP粉料输送过滤器频繁堵塞的问题,消除了检修过程中的环境污染和粉尘爆炸的安全隐患.
