淀粉糖生产过程中还原糖的半囱动电化学检测

摘    要:将流动注射技术与电化学方法相结合,实现了淀粉糖化液中还原糖的半自动化检测,提高了还原糖的分析速度.该方法在还原糖浓度0~10.0%范围内有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9998;对同一份标准液连续测定(n=9)的相对标准偏差为1.03%,说明精密度良好.检测了淀粉糖化液样品,回收率98.9%,表明此方法抗干扰性能良好.

Abstract:The electrochemical method for semi-automatic detection of reducing sugar in starch sugar was established.The linear range was from 0 to 10.0%, linear correlation coefficient r was 0.9998. Using this method,starch sugar samples were measured and the recovery was 98.9% .Compared with the known methods, reaction was controlled more easily, analysis speed was faster and operation was simpler.
