木芙蓉叶提取物的抑菌作用研究

[目的]研究木芙蓉叶提取物的抑菌效果,为其开发利用提供部分参考。[方法]选用不同的提取溶剂提取木芙蓉叶的活性成分;运用药敏纸片法和二倍稀释法,以大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及粪肠球菌为供试菌种,对木芙蓉叶的不同提取物的抑菌作用进行了抑菌实验。[结果]木芙蓉叶提取物尤其对大肠杆菌的抑制效果比较明显,抑菌圈直径最大为15mm;经二倍稀释法测定木芙蓉叶提取物对大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌和普通变形杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.25mg/mL。[结论]木芙蓉叶不同提取物的抑菌效果存在差异,70%乙醇提取物的抑菌作用最强。 

Study on bacteriostasis of extracts of Hibiscus mutabili leaf

Object :The bacteriostasis of extracts from Hibiscus mutabilis was researched to provide some scientific references.Method: By using the dilution method,with Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis as samples, the experiment studied the bacteriostastic activity of Hibiscus mutabiils leaf by drug sensitive slips method and tube double dilution method.Result: The extracts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf with different solvents could have effects of restrain bacterias on five samples. The bacteriostasis effect of the extracts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf was the best at E.coli, which the diameter of inhibition zone was up to 15mm. The MIC of the Hibiscus mutabilis Leaf to Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris and Enterococcus faecails was 0.25mg/mL. Conclusion:The extracts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf with different solvents had different effects; the bacteriostasis effect of the extracts of 70％ alcohol was the best.
