蓝靛果乙醇提取物体外抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:为探讨蓝靛果提取物的体外抗氧化作用,研究了其对DPPH·、·OH、O2-·体系的清除效果以及抗猪油、抗脂质过氧化反应,并以VC、VE作为对照。结果表明,蓝靛果提取物对DPPH·、·OH、O2-·均具有一定清除作用,且与浓度呈量效关系,对·OH清除效果明显优于VC、VE。蓝靛果抗猪油过氧化效果明显,但其对抗脂质过氧化实验的效果不如VC、VE。

Abstract:In order to investigate the antioxidative activities of Lonicera edulis in vitro, the scavenging activities of DPPH·、·OH、O_2~-·and its anti-lard and anti-lipoperoxidation capitation were compared with V_c and V_E.The results showed that extracts of Lonicera edulis possessed remarkable scavenging effects against DPPH·、·OH、O_2~-· in a dose dependent manner,and the scavenging capacities of the extract for · OH was higher than that of V_c and V_E.Anti-lard peroxidation of extracts was evident, but its anti-lipoperoxidation was not as V_cand V_E.
