发芽大豆异黄酮提取工艺条件的研究

摘    要:首先采用大豆为原料制备发芽大豆,以异黄酮得率为指标,确定最佳发芽时间为96h.继而对发芽大豆中异黄酮的提取工艺条件进行研究,在单因素实验结果的基础上,进行正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件,其结果为超声功率400W、超声波时间40min、乙醇浓度80%、回流时间1.5h,在此条件下异黄酮得率为3.774mg/g.

Abstract:First,the soybean germination was prepared, using isoflavone content as the index, the optimum time for germination was 96h.Then the extraction conditions of isoflavone in soybean germination was studied by single-factor test and orthogonal test, the optimum conditions were ultrasonic power 400W, ultrasonic time 40min, ethanol concentration 80%,hot reflux time 1.5h.Under these conditions,the yield of isoflavones was 3.774mg/g.
