挖掘机用D6D型柴油机排气控制技术分析

摘    要:D6D型柴油机采用涡轮增压中冷式电控单体泵系统,由于功率大,油耗低等优点在挖掘机上应用十分广泛.但由于挖掘机等工程机械和运输车辆连续工作时间长,来往比较频繁,加之通风条件的限制,这些工程机械排放的有害气体严重超标且会弥漫于整个作业面,极大地危害施工人员的身体健康和施工的正常进行.本文就如何采用电控燃油喷射技术、废气再循环(EGR)、涡轮增压、优化缸内燃烧以及改善燃油品质等措施进行柴油机排放控制进行了分析.

Abstract:D6D diesel uses turbocharging, middle cooling and electric single pump. It has the advantages of big power and low oil consumption. So it is used extensively on the engineering machines. Because of the long working time, frequent come-and-go, and poor ventilation condition, the harmful emissions of these machines are much higher than standard and spread over the whole working spaces. It's very harmful to the workers and the machines. This paper discusses how to use electric control injecting, EGR, turbocharging and how to optimize the oil burning to control the emissions of diesel engines.
