氧化物磁性薄膜的研究现状及进展

摘    要:综述了氧化物磁性薄膜的研究现状及进展,重点介绍了国际上在尖晶石、磁铅石以及石榴石铁氧体薄膜制备方面取得的最新研究成果,并指出今后的发展方向.

Abstract:A review on up-to-date progress in oxide magnetic thin films was introduced. The main contents covered research advances of preparation technology of ferdtes thin films with spinel, magnetoplumbite, and garnet structure. Furthermore, the orientation of technological development of ferdte thin films was pointed out.
