摘    要:XIO-3水平井具有埋藏深、笼统全相位射开井段长、原油黏度高、水平井筒与油藏最大地应力方向不完全平行的特点。压裂改造时存在吸液孔数多、裂缝扭曲复杂、多裂缝发育、压裂液滤失严重、压裂液返排及生产时原油流动困难的问题。基于裂缝形态预测、储层地质精细划分、压裂水平井裂缝参数优选、投球分段压裂和施工压力预测等技术,形成了一套适合水平井长射孔段的低成本综合优化设计方法和分段压裂技术;通过采用大排量、高黏度前置液造缝,使用粉陶打磨孔眼和降滤失,优化压裂液性能,采用低密度支撑剂等手段,保证了施工的顺利实施。测试结果表明,压裂改造形成了4批次裂缝,产液量从压前抽汲9.7m^3·d^-1。变为自喷产液量20m^3·d^-1,获得了良好的增产效果。
