单总线与PC机USB接口的实现与应用

摘    要:单总线结构简单、I/O口线少,适于多点数据采集,借助PC机USB口灵活方便、快速稳定的优势,可以实现比传统方式更经济有效的人机交互操作。介绍了单总线与PC机USB接口电路的硬件与软件设计,并分析了其在单总线分布式数据采集系统中的应用。其难点在于时序匹配关系,应用USB与单总线协议转换器DS2490S可较好地解决USB与现场1-Wire器件的通信问题。

Abstract:1-Wire Bus is suitable for multi-point data acquisition with simple structure and few I/O line.Combined with PC USB characteristic of flexibility,high-speed and stability,it is achieved that better human-machine intercourse than traditional style.Introduced the design of interface between USB and 1-Wire,including hardware and software,and presented a distributional data acquisition system based on 1-Wire bus.The timing match is difficult in their communication,which can be solved well using a protocol converter DS2490S.
