| 摘 要： | 介绍了文明寨油田卫7块明159井组微生物驱先导试验进行室内评价研究的成果。通过菌种在注入水中的定向驯化、微生物适应性评价试验及物理模拟驱油实验，优选出了适合该油藏条件的微生物菌种、评价了高含水期该菌种的驱油效果，为在该区块开展微生物驱油先导试验打下了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the lab.evaluating results of pioneer microbes flooding in well group Ming 159 block Wei 7 of Wenmingzhai oilfield.Through the directional bacterium screening in the injected water,the evaluatng of the microbial adaptability,and the simulated physical test,the microbe has been chosen for this reservoir and its oil displacement effictiveness is also evaluated during high water cut stage.This lays a good foundation for the pilot testing of microbe flooding in this block.$$$$ |
