大庆油田"三元""二元""一元"驱油研究

摘    要:“大庆油田驱油用烷基苯磺酸盐的合成”项目的研究工作,从分子水平上基本掌握和控制了三次采油用的烷基苯磺酸盐的结构,并取得了拥有自主知识产权的系列产品,产品性能与国外ORS-4l产品相当。通过选择合适的表面活性剂二元前置段塞,获得了低界面张力的二元体系,减少了三元复合驱的油水乳化。通过三元配方中加入防垢剂减少甚至防止油层结垢。表面活性剂聚合物二元复合体系可以最大限度发挥聚合物的粘弹性,减少乳化液处理量,彻底清除由于碱的存在引起的地层及井筒结垢现象,在化学剂成本相同的情况下,可以达到与三元体系相同的驱油效果。大庆油田一元驱——高浓度聚合物提高采收率研究及矿场实验取得了满意的效果,在提高采收率幅度上与三元复合驱的结果完全接近。尤其重要的是,在驱油效果相当的情况下,高浓聚合物驱经济合理性优于三元复合驱。试验室研究和矿场生产试验表明:高浓度聚合物驱和三元复合驱适合于高渗透的低温油藏;其中高浓度聚驱更适合于非均质严重的油藏;三元复合驱适合于非均质不太严重的油藏;二元复合驱更适合于高、中渗透的中温和低温油藏;活性剂驱更适合于低渗透油藏和比较均匀的中渗透油藏。大庆油田研制的三元、二元、一元驱现场试验证实采收率提高值均达到20%以上。

Abstract:The project " Synthesis of alkyl benzene sulfonate for Daqing Oilfield "understands and controls the structure of the alkyl benzene sulfonate used in tertiary production, and has a series of products with self-owned intellectual property. They have the same performance as foreign product ORS -41. Suitable surfactant is selected as a binary pre-slug to obtain a binary system with a low in-terfacial tension and reduce the oil water emulsification. Some anti-scaling additive is added to the ASP formula to reduce and prevent the scaling in reservoirs. The binary system of surfactant and polymer can show mostly the viscoelasticity of the polymer, reduce the treatment amount of the emulsion, and remove the scaling in the formation and wellbore caused by the existence of alkali. With the same cost of the chemical, it has the same displacement efficiency with ASP system. The study on mono-system flooding-high concentrated polymer used in Daqing oilfield and its pilot test has a good effect. It has a similar effect in improving the recovery with ASP flooding. One important point is that high concentrated polymer is more economically reasonable than ASP flooding in the case of the same displacement efficiency. Laboratory study and pilot test show that high concentrated polymer flooding and ASP flooding adapt to the reservoirs with high permeability and low temperature, with the former one suitable for highly heterogeneous reservoirs and the latter one suitable for slightly heterogeneous reservoirs. Binary system flooding adapts to the reservoirs with high, medium permeability and medium and low temperature. Surfactant flooding is more suitable for low permeable reservoirs and uniform medium permeable reservoirs. The incremental recovery of the pilot test in Daqing oilfield by ASP flooding, binary system flooding and mono-system flooding is more than 20% ( OOIP).
