摘    要:本文结合面向对象技术和开放式系统的发展,在剖析传统EMS/DMS支撑环境存在的缺陷和局限性的基础上,着重介绍了电力工业部电力科学研究院和东北电业管理局合作开发的新一代的面向对象的、开放式系统结构的EMS/DMS支撑环境的设计思想和结构。

Abstract:Open system and Objected-Oriented technologies have become more and more popular in computer based applications. And traditional centralized EMS/DMS architecture will be finally replaced by the new technologies. This paper gives a presentation about an Object-Oriented,Open System Architecture based EMS/DMS Supporting Environment which has been jointly developed by Electric Power Research Institute of China and North-East China Power Control Center.
