摘    要:文章简要介绍了常压蒸馏塔的腐蚀情况,指出格炼常压蒸馏塔产生腐蚀的主要原因是由于塔顶冷回流系统停用引起的.将中和缓蚀剂从塔顶挥发线注入改为从顶循环回流线注入便可使腐蚀问题得到解决.

Abstract:The corrosion of atmospheric tower was introduced. It was pointed that the major cause of the atmospheric distillation tower in Geermu Refinery was the idling of overhead cold reflux system. The corrosion problem could be solved if the corrosion inhibitor was injected through the overhead cold reflux instead of overhead vapor line.
