摘    要:采用元胞自动机方法,结合合金凝固过程中的动量、能量和质量传输,建立了计算枝晶形貌与偏析发展的数学模型。把该数学模型应用到Fe-0.6%C合金凝固过程,枝晶臂的生长、粗化和柱状晶向等轴晶转变过程得到了再现。同时该数学模型也描述了凝固过程熔体流动对Fe-0.6%C枝晶形貌发展的影响。

Abstract:A Cellular Automata(CA) method coupled with transient calculations for the distributions of temperature,solute and velocity during the solidification of alloy is established.The model can directly describe the evolution of both morphology and segregation during dendritic crystal growth.Calculations are performed to simulate the dendrite evolution during the solidification of Fe-0.6wt%C alloy.Dendrite development and coarsening are observed,as well as the columnar-to-equiaxed transition.The effect of melt flow on the morphological development during Fe-0.6wt%C alloy solidification is also studied.
