新型板簧摇架的设计与研究

摘    要:应用计算机辅助设计技术COSMOSWorks软件,对环锭细纱机的板簧摇架和圈簧摇架的加压形式进行了有限元力学分析研究,通过分析证明板簧加压摇架比圈簧加压摇架具有更大的承载能力和更好的加压稳定性,介绍了一种无级调压新型板簧摇架结构和板簧摇架的高精度调压装置.

Abstract:Using CAD software named COSMOSWorks,the form of pressure on the leaf spring cradle and coil spring cradle of the ring frame was analyzed by the finite element analysis.Through the analysis,it can be confirmed that the carrying capacity and the pressure stability of the leaf spring cradle is much better than that of the coil spring cradle.A kind of leaf spring cradle with stepless voltage regulator and high-precision pressure regulating appliance were introduced.
