矿山轨道运输产量统计方法研究

摘    要:结合矿山窄轨运输车场的特点,总结出列车在装载和卸载车场运行的基本规律;研究了运输产量统计与装载和卸载车场结构、机车调车运行线路等关系,并具体分析了机车在调车过程中对传感器安装位置的影响,提出了如何克服机车对传感器造成的干扰和提高矿车数量统计的准确性。推算出各装载、卸载车场的产量计算方法,对运输产量统计方法进行了较详细地分析研究。

Abstract:Combining the mine narrow railway transport field characteristics,the train moving basic rule in the load and unload field had been summarized, transport output statistics relation with load and unload field structure and locomotive moving line in switchyard had been studied. The locomotive in switchyard influence with fixing sensor place was detaily analysed.The method how to overcome sensor disruption caused by the locomotive and increasing the accuracy of mine car quantity statistics was put forward, the output counting method of the load and unload field was studied.
