摘    要:探讨了GCr15 钢固体粉末铬钒共渗工艺参数,并运用金相、硬度、扫描电镜能谱及波谱分析、X射线结构分析、耐磨及脆性等试验方法,测定了共渗层的组织、相结构、渗层硬度分布、磨损及脆性等特性。结果表明,该共渗渗层组织均匀,结构致密,具有高硬度、良好的滑动摩擦磨损性能及较低的脆性等。应用于冷作模具,获得了高的使用寿命。

Abstract:It has been investigated that powders chrome vanadizing process parameter for GCr15 steel.By examination of metallograph,microhardness,SEM spectrometer,X ray diffraction,wear and brittlement,the authors have determined the microstructure,phase structure,hardness distribution along the impregnated layer,wear and embrittlement properties.The results show that the surface microstructure by chromtitanizing is uniform and compact,possessing high hardness.good sliding friction,wear property,and lower brittlement.It has obtained high service life with applying cold working dies.
