C/CuPb复合轴承材料温压成形工艺的研究

摘    要:用温压工艺制得了短碳纤维增强铜铅合金(C/CuPb)复合轴承材料,研究了温压工艺参数对温压压坯及烧结坯性能的影响,并对温压烧结与冷压烧结及二次压制烧结所得C/CuPb复合轴承材料的性能进行了分析对比。结果表明,温压压坯比冷压压坯具有更高的生坯密度,同时,温压烧结C/CuPb复合轴承材料的性能与二次压制烧结材料相当而明显高于冷压烧结材料。

Abstract:Short carbon fiber reinforced CuPb(C/CuPb) bearing composties with different fiber contents are manufactured by warm compaction processing,and the effects of processing parameters on the properties of the green compacts and sintered parts detected.The results have shown that warm compaction can offer a higher green density than cold compaction,and the property level of the warm compacted parts is comparable to that of re press sintered parts but is obviously better than that of cold compacted parts.
