| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种星轮滤饼破碎机,该破碎机由上面的粗破装置和下方的细破装置组成。粗破装置采用2根水平轴和沿其轴向安装的多个星轮构成;星轮为六齿结构,多个星轮采用平键与水平轴组装,相邻轮齿沿水平轴周向依次偏转30°安装,两轴相向旋转,轮齿互相咬合将物料剪切破碎。细破装置采用由多根耐磨钢丝组成的星形齿辊进行第2次破碎。该破碎机为两级破碎、技术先进、结构合理,经济效益和社会效益显著,可用于多个行业破碎多种物料,是目前较为理想的破碎设备。

| Abstract: | The essay introduces here a type of star-gear cake crusher,composed of an upper coarse breaker and a lower fine breaker.The coarse breaker is made up of multiple six-tooth star gears mounted along the axial direction on two horizontal shafts.The star gears are connected to the horizontal shafts through flat keys.With a sequential radial inclination of 30 degrees of neighbor gear teeth,the two shafts rotate in opposition to crush materials with shearing force through mutual bite of gear teeth.The fine breaker adopts startooth rollers formed by multiple abrasion-resistant steel wires to realize secondary crushing.Featuring two-stage breaking,advanced technology,reasonable structure and prominent social and economic profits,the cake crusher has proven an ideal crushing device for diverse materials in various industries. |
