| 摘 要： | 进入2009年，全球3G发展的产业环境趋好，使3G的发展获得了难得的历史机遇。其中LTE发展在许可证发放和频率分配上明显受到重视，网络商用已逐步推开；用户发展速度3G逐渐强于2G，预计到201O年年底3G新增用户将超过2G；从整体上判断，产业资源一开始逐渐向LTE转移。LTE将于2012年后规模商用。

| Abstract: | In 2009,the growth rate 3G users has exceeded that of 2G's. It is expected that by the end of 2010,annually new added 3G users will be more than 2G's. With regard to the evolution of 3G,LTE has received more attention in licensing and spectrum allocation,the commercial use of LTE networks has been pushed ahead; and more industry resources began to shift to LTE,and it is expected that LTE will be in large-scale commercial use by 2012. |
