| 摘 要： | 带混凝土筒大开产砖结构灵活住宅体系的特点是，每个单元有一个钢筋混凝土楼梯筒，分户横墙与外纵墙均采用组合砖墙砌体，通过带混凝土筒组合墙，开洞组合墙等模型试验，得出组合墙的开裂，极限承载力的计算公式和混凝土筒一组合墙承载力及刚度计算方法。

| Abstract: | The unique feature of the large bay flexible residential building is that:every unit itself consists of a reinforced concrete tube-stairway core body-with its repective composite wall with openings.Through model testing of the building,it has obtained cracks ,rigidity,and ultimate bearing capacities,as well as the calculation methods and formulas of the structural system. |
