发动机综合测试控制系统的研制

摘    要:为了实现发动机测试系统的实时监测与管理,采用89C51单片机完成了该系统的硬件设计,并且使用Delphi编程实现了上位机软件设计。该系统通过各个传感器将各种需要采集的信号传送给单片机,再经过信号调理转化为标准信号,然后将这些数据送往上位机软件显示、处理、保存。该系统实现了台架试验中的测控过程和试验后数据处理的全自动化,节约了时间和人力,提高了劳动生产率。目前已成功运用于国内发动机生产企业。

Abstract:Aiming at realizing real time supervising of engine synthetical testing system, the system was implemented by using 89C51 single chip microcomputer (SCM) ,with its software of host computer based on Delphi. The needed signals were transmitted to SCM by sensors and transformed into standard signals after reshaped, filtered and magnified, then the standard signals were sent to host computer for displaying, processing and preserving. The system realizes the full automation in the process of measurement and in the data processing after test, saves much time and manpower, improves labor productivity. At present, the system has been applied in the domestic engine manufacturers successfully.
