| 摘 要： | 提出了一种以TMS320LF2407A和XC2S200为核心的控制器和以IGBT为主开关器件的电力机车车载50kVA空调变频电源的设计方案,并研制了实验样机。实现了V/F恒定启动、稳压稳频正常运行和降压降频欠压运行的功能。介绍了该变频电源的硬件结构、工作原理、故障保护方案及控制器设计。实验表明,该样机符合电力机车车载50kVA空调变频电源的设计要求。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the design scheme of 50kVA inverter for electric locomotive air conditioner,and develops one experimental prototype successfully.This design bases on TMS320LF2407A and XC2S200 and uses IGBT as the main pow-er semiconductor.The functions below have been achieved:air conditioner starting under the VF control,normal running of the constant voltage and frequency and low-voltage running of the reduced voltage and frequency.The structure of hardware,oper-ating principle for the inverter,error protection and software design method are also present in this paper.The experiment result showed the prototype matches the requirements of the 50kVA inverter for electric locomotive air conditioner. |
