| 摘 要： | 针对塔台指挥系统的现状,提出了一种基于网络管理的综合指挥控制系统.该系统对机场信息进行融合,实现综合管理.详细介绍了系统的功能组成,各组成部分的功能及实现的初步思路.设计了系统管理与控制软件,重点设计了通信软件.

| Abstract: | Focusing on the present command conditions of VHF-radio,the paper proposes an integrated command system based on administration of network.Airport information is syncretized and integrated command is realized in this system.The function composition of the command system is described.The function and primary implementing ideas of every composition are introduced.The command and control softwares are designed,especially the communication software is emphasized. |
