中等湿度地区过渡季节三级蒸发冷却空调系统的应用分析

摘    要:本文首先对比分析了西安和乌鲁木齐2个地区4~10月的室外气象参数变化,重点分析了西安地区在4~10月使用三级蒸发冷却空调系统的时间段及所占比例。而后,对西安某大型测试车间在过渡季节使用管式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统进行了测试分析,并与乌鲁木齐地区相似气象参数条件下运行的冷却塔表冷器+板翅式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统的测试结果进行了对比。结果表明:中湿度地区在过渡季节气象参数条件下,管式间接+直接组合式三级蒸发冷却空调系统同样可以将空气处理到湿球温度以下,甚至接近室外空气的露点温度,达到在乌鲁木齐干燥地区处理的效果。这一结论将为完善和推动三级蒸发冷却空调系统在中等湿度地区的推广提供一定的借鉴。
