| 摘 要： | 2010年,国务院常务会议研究了加快推行合同能源管理、促进节能服务产业发展的政策措施,节能服务产业在政策支持、资金奖励、融资渠道、技术标准、自身建设等多个方面都取得了突破性的进展。本文首先从国际项目支持、国内政策法规和行业统计数据3个方面回顾了节能服务产业在我国的发展历程,而后重点分析了2010年以来节能服务产业发生的一系列重大事件及其影响。对于发展潜力巨大的建筑领域,在对2010年以来的相关政策、技术标准和实体行为进行分析的基础上,展望了合同能源管理的发展前景,并从技术角度对其在本领域的进一步发展提出了几点建议。
