浅谈日本住宅产业化的发展与现状

随着我国经济的持续快速发展，住宅产业已经成为我国经济的支柱产业之一。但是因为我国住宅产业的发展起步较晚，其产业化程度不高，已不能适应经济发展的需要。如何提高住宅产业化程度，推行集约型工业化住宅，提高住宅品质，对推动经济的发展具有重要的意义。本文通过对日本住宅产业化发展历程与现状的分析，得到思考和启示，探讨符合我国国情的产业化住宅产业化发展模式。
