?139.7mm套管开窗侧钻水平井定向钻井技术

摘    要:官50-9KH井是目前国内第一口独立设计、独立施工完成的在?139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻的小井眼侧钻水平井。重点介绍了斜向器开窗工艺技术,并指出了段铣开窗工艺的不足。经多次调整钻井参数,最终在?118mm井眼完成水平井段长度138.83m,钻穿油层136.83m,最大井斜角88.8°,井底闭合方位231.08°,水平最大偏离设计线2.1m,水平段最大垂深偏差0.66m。指出了施工中遇到的10个问题,并得出在?139.7mm套管内使用斜向器开窗优于段铣开窗的结论。

Abstract:Well Guan 50-KH is the first sidetracking horizontal slim hole in 139. 7mm casing, which was deslgned and drilled by ourselves at present. This paper mainly introduced the whipstock sidetracking technology and indicated the shortcomings of section mill sidetracking technology. After adjusting drilling parameters several times, 138. 83m horizontal section was completed and 136. 83m reservoir was drilled through in 118mm well. The maximum deviation angle is 88. 8°, the direction of closure in bottom hole is 231. 08°, the maximum deviation between design line in horizontal direction is 2. 1m and the maximum vertical depth discrepancy is 0. 66m. This paper also indicated 10 problems that occurred during operation and drew a conclusion that whipstock sidetracking is better than section millsidetracking in 139. 7mm casing.
