摘    要:选用扬158等四个不同类型的小(大)麦品种,进行催芽后采用晾晒干燥的方法降低种子含水量进行控芽。结果表明,蒋发芽种子的含水量降低至30%以下时种子发芽停止,但重新吸水发芽时随含水量降低发芽速度和发芽率均下降,而对成苗后幼苗素质没有不良影响。其中短期控芽将含水量降至20-30%之间为宜。

Abstract:Four varieties of wheat and barley were selected in the study. Germination control by season was carried out to decrease th is water content after the process of accelerating germination. The result showed: The process of germination stopped while the water content dropped below 30%. But both the germination energy and germination percentage decreased when the seeds germination after the seed absorb the water again. And the effect to the young seedling quality was little. So the research suggest that the water content of sprouting seed should be decreased for 20% to 30%.
