自燃采空区注浆灭火浆液的扩散行为研究

摘    要:从影响煤层自然发火的地质因素入手,分析了自燃采空区上覆岩层地质类型与煤自然发火的关系,推导了宾汉姆流体型浆液渗透注浆扩散公式,并对自燃采空区中浆液的扩散行为进行了数值模拟,结果表明:当注浆压力达到2.5 MPa时,浆液扩散范围不再增大,稳定在4.5 m左右。最后通过现场实践数据验证了模拟结果的准确性。

Abstract:Starting from the geological factors that influence the spontaneous combustion of coal seam,analysis was made on the relationship between the geological type of overburden strata and the coal spontaneous combustion in the gob,Bingham flow slurry permeation grouting diffusion formula was derived,and numerical simulation of slurry diffusion in the gob with spontaneous combustion was carried out.The results indicated that when the grouting pressure reached 2.5MPa,the slurry diffusion no longer increased and stabilized in a range of about 4.5m..Finally,the accuracy of the simulated results was verified with the site data.
